House w/Elevator and Private Heated Pool & Spa!

Welcome to our Texas tropical paradise! The Majestic Villa, South Padre Island! The perfect place for small groups traveling together, family get togethers, wedding parties, birthday celebrations or a simple family vacation!

This centrally located villa is on the Bay side! Our three-story home sits one house back from the bay & has 5 balconies to the view the beautiful South Padre sunsets! Our beautiful home comes with a private heated pool & spa w/terrace and an outdoor shower, wet bar & bathroom! A tiki lounge & dry bar opens up to the pool area! Just under 3700sqft, this beautiful & spacious home is the perfect retreat!!

The property sleeps 10 people. There are two bedrooms on the third floor and two bedrooms on the first floor.

The first floor has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. They are joined by a jack and jill-style bathroom. There is also laundry on the first floor.

The bedrooms are located next to the tiki lounge area that opens up to the salt-water pool & spa!

The second floor is where the gourmet kitchen, a card/game room, a living room with a large wet bar & electric fireplace and the dining rooms are located!

The second level has other dining areas, including ones that open up to balconies with even more dining areas! You'll always find a place to sit and eat!

Enjoy your food & drinks, all while viewing the weekend fireworks from one of the balconies!

Located on the third floor is the Master bedroom with king size bed and another bedroom with two bunk beds (4 singles). An extra bathroom is located across from the laundry.

There are two balconies off the master bedroom & master bathroom. Both balconies are perfect for bird watching & bay sunsets!

Whether you're capturing a beautiful sunset on the bay, watching fireworks from the comfort of your own balcony, relaxing in the pool & spa, grilling out with family or playing poker with your buddies in the game room...
this is a property where special memories are made!

And after a day out on the beach, snorkeling, shopping, dolphin watching and hitting some bars- this is just the place you want to come home to!
Guest access
Our elevator is only for use by handicap individuals. Arrangements for elevator use are to be made prior to checking-in. The elevator will be turned off for all other guests.

Guests will have access to the entire house, except the garage. The garage is currently being used for storage and the owner's personal items. The garage doesn't provide any extra parking space, and will be locked to prevent entry.

We suggest you bring:

Hair dryer/hair styling tools
Beach towels/toys
Bug spray
Bathroom necessities
Any food/grocery items for food during your stay.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, tents.
Sunblock

We provide:

Coffee and tea with creamer
Gourmet Kitchen with all appliances.
Pool towels (not to be taken to beach)
Bath towels
Laundry detergent/fabric softener w/washer & dryer
Basic soap, shampoo, conditioner.
Some beds will have sleep masks that you can take home with you.
