"Daniel and the staff, Ashlee at the Firehouse Grill, all superb at guest relations! Thank you so much for the hospitality and warm welcome! The communications throughout the day were stellar; I made last minute reservations on the fly, literally, in the Hong Kong airport because pre-made plans fell through. They have airport shuttle service, late arrival service, clean sheets, hot showers... I wanted for nothing! 10/10 recommend! Thanks, mates! ---james"

"I must say the reception staff was excellent. I booked a day trip & got into some com problems. I asked help from the receptionist. She is so helpful, check my emails & call n help clarify the situation with them, even suggest change date or so.In the end i still did not get to go for the trip cos the other party not agreeable. She is kind even ask me to try get a refund though is supposely non redundable. I took her advice & tried. I got my refund. So thankful of her. Too bad i did not get her name. This incident happen on 28 oct. She is on duty that day. I am not sure if her race is consider an indian."

"Lovely stay. Smooth check in. Room was ready a bit earlier. Good service. Nice rooms with all the basic esssntials. Bar down stairs nice and breakfast was lovely with a good range/lots of options. Easy checkout. Wpuld be great if they had a warmer pool or spa but otherwise perfect t. "
