Good room / quite small in comparison to others for same price / description. Breakfast was incredibly busy and ran out quickly and slow to fill. Close to shops and eateries - staff efficient but lacked interest - not too helpful when asking for local knowledge. Clean and a good base for touring local area.

Great location. Blanket on bed was dirty when we checked in, brought it to the attention of the front desk agent who was so unfriendly and unapologetic about it with her response being "anything else?" She said she would send someone to change it. We returned hours later and it was still not even changed. Very poor customer service.

Out first stay here but we will be back. The rooms are great and very comfortable. The lobby is bright and open. Big tv in the room to watch Sunday Night Football. No issues with the room at all. The breakfast was good with options for everyone.

Very nice, clean and friendly. I appreciate the decor and no carpeting. My only complaint is the breakfast buffet. The toaster was broken, the food choices were subpar and no decaf coffee or tea. Would have enjoyed healthier choices. Eggs were cold and the sausages were unappetizing.

This hotel was just what we needed for our couple day stay in Portland. Easy enough to get in and out of downtown and nice to have so many dining and shopping options nearby.

Lovely stay with breakfast provided. Staff was accommodating when I needed to switch my room & to fix a minor issue in my room. Checkout was seamless. The beds are platform style beds and very comfortable!

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my late night arrival, 5 star service for the price of 3! Pretty busy place and a bit noisy (visitors can be unwieldy), great room and reasonable continental breakfast. Definitely a would “recommend” and will treat is a future go to.

The property was well kept, the room was clean, spacious with comfortable beds. Staff was helpful and courteous. We arrived early and they were able to get us into a room before check in. Breakfast was good. The shuttle service was great; quick, friendly, punctual and we appreciated a ride as early as 4 AM. It is very near a shopping mall with several food options. Overall, a very good experience and I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was nice, breakfast was great and size of the room was perfect. Parking was also easy and everyone was friendly. We just noticed a lot of hairs on the bathroom floor. Besides that though everything was great!

The platform beds are not user friendly for 5’ senior citizens. I had to climb on a chair ( with wheels 😳) to climb into bed. The wheeled chair was unbalanced and not safe to use. The light over the desk did not work. I doubt this room/hotel is ADA compliant.
