"Had a great 10 days here. Very clean, food was brilliant and loads of choice. Pizza near the pool were some of the best I have had. Pools were perfect temperature too. We stayed in an executive sweet with two children and there was ample space and comfort. Will definitely return! All staff worked hard and always smiling. "We stayed from the 11th-16th August and had a great time! The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, particularly the receptionist who worked most mornings. We felt very safe. The pool is great and usually had sun loungers available. The shop is cheap and has good options. We booked full board which is actually soft all inclusive (alcohol with meals but not at the bar, all food, snacks and soft drinks included). "It's a really beautiful resort. Great pools, amazing restaurants and food, champagne bar, entertainment, great gym. The team is amazing. Service is really outstanding. Altzen - one of the drinks waiters - is so incredibly hard working. Chloe from the fitness and entertainments team is so effusive about the resort, and she made an effort every day to talk to and engage with guests.
We wouldn't normally go back to the same place but it is so fantastic we have been three times."

"An outstanding hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff. Premium drink selection all included and the food was excellent. The buffet restaurant was great and the a la cartes were better again.
Rooms are all fully air conditioned and immaculate, as was the full hotel. Highly recommended and will be back again. "
"Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt für eine Woche (Frühstück und Abendessen). Das Essen war top! Sehr tolle und vielfältige Auswahl. Super Service, top organisiert. Am Strand war es sehr chillig. Keine nervigen Anfragen ob man bei den Aktivitäten mitmachen möchte oder so.
Eins unserer kleinen Highlights: die Astronomy Night. Wir haben sehr viel gelernt und vermutlich einmalige Blicke in die Sterne werfen dürfen (es gab zwei Profi Teleskope).
Auch die Anlage war top in Schuss. Gibt genug Liegen für alle. Gym und SPA waren auch top. Super freundliches Personal. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this charming, quiet hotel nestled in a village-like setting with lovely gardens and a small river flowing by the main restaurant. The staff were friendly, hospitable, and eager to assist. While the main restaurant offered a limited menu, the à la carte options more than made up for it with excellent service and delicious food. The beach was pleasant, and the hotel events, especially the traditional folklore night, were enjoyable.
However, the room cleanliness was disappointing—dust remained on light switches and floors, the towel rack was oxidized, and the toilet splashed water when flushed, despite daily cleaning. Overall, a lovely location with great hospitality but room for improvement in housekeeping."
