"Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "

"Huge hotel, Separated to two different areas with own receptions. Spa side looked nicer. We were on the other side. Lots of people. Rooms outdated. We had to change the first room which had very strong smell of detergent or something else. Room changing was smooth"

"Incredible service from all staff, the restaurant staff were exceptional and always went above and beyond. We were there for chrsitmas day and they made sure everything was perfect. Just like every other day we stayed there. Pool and pool bar was spot on. Breakfast options were varied and little buffets to help yourself and an egg station for the egg lovers. "The Holiday Inn is an excellent hotel close to the beach and Main Street in Patong. Great facilities, spacious rooms and easy free parking if you rent a car. Friendly helpful staff. Only let down was the breakfast - average food quality. They have a cooking station for eggs - the chef there is rather grumpy. Also, he cooks a big batch of fried eggs which he puts on a plate, which goes cold, rather than frying them on request. Wasn’t happy that I asked for hot fried eggs. Maybe next time we will...
