Disgusting property and horrible customer service
The property we rented out was absolutely disgusting, the bathroom and shower were completely covered in mould. There were rat droppings in the kitchen and mouldy food in the cupboards. It was a health hazard. I asked Travelnest for a refund and they refused as it was 'up to the property owner'. I am absolutely disgusted by the customer service and will never be using Travelnest or VRBO again. I have complained to VRBO and so far had no response.
