"Issue with the air conditioner in the room. The room was hot. They proceeded to move us to a much smaller room with the air conditioner being slightly better. But the guy at the desk was super nice. "

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"
