"We visited at the end of December, which is off season. We were the only guests. The staff took us on hikes and made dinner, lunch, and breakfast just for us. They were fully staffed as it is a working ranch. Rooms were excellent directly facing the river. The setting is magnificent with huge mountains and mesas surrounding the property. We loved it and the team there. "

"The property was lovely with a ton of space, comfy beds, and all the kitchen utensils ever made (lol). My only two recommendations to the property management would be to not clear the the condiments in the fridge between guests and add a box fan to the master for white noise to cover the evening road noise. "

"Casa de Zia is a lovely home, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, but with a private yard that makes you feel like you’re away from it all. The inside is light,cheerfully and tastefully decorated and is very clean. We especially appreciated the book put together by the owners with hiking trail recommendations. Wish we had stayed longer!
