"We stayed for a week while on vacation. Check in and check out was seamless; the apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff were helpful and responsive. We highly recommend Kasa Little Italy."

It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, shower pressure was good, everything worked, there was adequate (free) parking, and there was nice outdoor space with two pools and firepits with chairs around them for cool nights. There is also a paid washer and dryer if you want to do laundry. The hotel is very close to Palm Canyon Drive, the main drag with restaurants and shopping. "Overall we were very happy we did feel the detailed cleaning was lacking in our unit. You could see the dust under the bed or couch for example. Just needs a regular deep clean"

"Very spacious and well maintained property - although lounge/living areas quite dark without windows - but excellent level of equipment in kitchen and all very clean. It was near-impossible find out if luggage could be left early or with a concierge (on arrival) - and it should be made clear BEFORE booking that you’ll have to use bounce.com - also on the day of checking out if you need to leave luggage. No problem with noise from bars or restaurants below - and terrific area to stay in, "
