I had such a great experience during our stay! The housekeeping staff truly stood out — they were incredibly accommodating and made sure our rooms were clean and comfortable. When we arrived, the room meant for my kids had only one bed instead of two. I brought it up to the staff, and they handled it immediately without any hesitation — quick and efficient!
What really made the stay extra special was that the hotel surprised me by decorating the room for my birthday.
