"We had an enjoyable stay in this home. Had everything we needed and the backyard was nice for our dog. It can be a bit noisy with traffic noise but the neighborhood itself was nice for dog walking and quiet.The faucet in the bathroom needs attention as the cold water handle is broken. Otherwise it was fine"

"Overall we had a great stay. There was a plumbing issue reported prior to our stay that was addressed while we were there. We didn't have any issues with plumbing. Prior reviews mentioned the place wasn't clean but we had no issues with cleanliness. It was very clean. Also we had enough of everything to last our short trip."

"The Palmer’s guest house was perfect for our anniversary celebration. We ate at Palmer’s restaurant, excelllent food and drinks. I am picky and give the restaurant A plus! They were so kind to us and acknowledge our anniversary. We were walking distance from the square so didn’t have to uber which was perfect. The guest house was cozy and perfect size for a couple. Communication was best I have ever had. The bathroom is small maybe in need of few shelves for belongings but that is all. ...

"It’s was nice area and clean house. Was so cold. We used heater but all house smell gas’s and front off house no light to be on and was so dark. Couldn’t enjoy out and had use flash light. I offer for this nice house is better use lights and can’t see everything far to be enjoy until midnight. Otherwise was very nice place"

"It was conveniently located between San Marcos and Austin. It was a quiet peaceful place to spend a weekend. It was clean and as advertised. We would definately come back again. Next time we will come prepared to utilize other amenities, such as the grill on the back porch!! "

"The Casita was a gorgeous stay! The weather cleared up for our weekend and we enjoyed breakfast outside. We walked the property and enjoyed all the art surrounding the place. Quiet and private. We came in at around 11:30pm but we communicated with Claudia about it and she made our check in process easy! We hope to enjoy a future stay here again when we return to Austin. "

"A great place to stay. It's not walkable to the main square but it's a really short drive and the square can get really busy and traffic jammed so it's nice to be situated away from that. The unit itself was clean, amenities were well kept and clean. I liked the personal candle they left. I'd definitely stay again."

"Our family from Ct, NY, SC and Hawaii met here for combo go to the F1 race. The amenities and location were fantastic, for the race fans and the family that stayed behind. We loved the trails, the pool, playground and nearby winery! "
