"Everything was fine except the whole building was connected to heat despite it being high 70s outside. My room was 87 degrees on one night. They were able to cool it off somewhat and gave me a box fan but still should be unacceptable "

"Greeted upon arrival, friendly and engaging staff. Clean, well appointed room. "

"The room was clean. That is a plus. The challenges were. There was a door that led to the pool area. They removed the door knob, screwed on a steel plate to cover the holes and welded or bolted the door shut. The main door to get into the room, there was no swcondary security lock. Half of the mechanism was removed (not broken, removed)"
