"Friendly staff, clean tidy rooms"

"The motel was clean and the staff were very nice. The restaurant was excellent where we had dinner on the Friday night. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open on weekends. I had to supply my credit card details on booking and I was disappointed they had processed and charged my credit card before we checked in as I had the cash to pay. Instead I was charged extra for them using my card. Very disappointed."

"Bed was pretty good but would be ideal with a proper duvet instead of a fleece blanket between sheets. Room was clean but could use a reno. Rainfall shower was nice. Lighting in the room was poor to work in. Perhaps a desk lamp would be worth adding. "

"We had a lovely time at Higgins Lane for 4nights in November. Firstly it is a great location,within walking distance to restaurants,pubs and shopping. Secondly the staff is very accommodating and very friendly. There were a couple of things needing replacing in the room and it was seen to quickly with no issues. "Stayed here for the Ironman Western Australia and it was a good place to stay. The distance from the venue was close and it’s nearby the beach too. They have spacious parking area and they offer room service if you’re staying for more than 2 nights. Contrary to the comments I have read before, this property may be beside the highway, but it’s very quiet. However, walls aren’t too thick so if the other guests from the other rooms snore loudly, you might have that as your lullaby. Rooms are just...
