"On our annual trip to Green Turtle Cay, this house was PERFECT for our family with small children. The beds were insanely comfortable, linens and towels soft and clean, and the bonus spaces (porch with ping pong table and games, formal dining area, bar) were a huge plus with kids. The views are unmatched. The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off sand and salt. The fridge with the built in water filter and self-filling pitcher is a huge plus, as well. All communications with Brooke, the owner, were seamless, friendly, and helpful. We look forward to staying at Sea N' Stars again! Thank you, Brooke & Crew!"

"The location is on the end of the island near Bluff House. Keep this in mind if visiting during off season that you might want to purchase items to cook or warm up because the resorts nearby are closed. There are many nice food and beverage spots on island. The host l, Ashley, was very responsive and accommodating. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely recommend and return! "

"Paradise Beach House is one of the best rental homes we’ve ever stayed in. Factoring in location and the beach and reef mere steps and paddles from the house, I’d say this was the best tropical vacation we’ve ever had!Upon arrival our first day, we jumped right into the ocean to snorkel, and it was absolutely gorgeous down there – so many colorful fish and other sea wildlife. It was our favorite off-the-shore snorkeling site at GTC, and how convenient to have it in your “backyard.” Before reaching the reef, there’s a nice, soft sand area for those that just want to take a dip. My family loved the house, beach and pool so much, our routine turned into playing around the Cay for half the day, and then just hanging out at the house to snorkel and relax at the pool in the afternoon. The back patio and deck were a perfect spot to read and take in the view. And the interior of the house was beautiful – it looks newly built. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home, with some amazing views for the cook. :)We love Green Turtle Cay’s charm, and we definitely plan to book another stay at Paradise Beach House – hopefully next summer!"

"We had a fantastic time and the owner and property manager were so accommodating! Communication was perfect! We had a great dock space and were just steps from the ocean!!! We loved everything about our stay except the road condition to get to the property. The road does not affect my five start rating because it is a community road and out of the control of the property owner! The cottage was exactly as the listing states and we highly recommend stay here!!! "
