"Das Haus ist sehr alt. In den Zimmern ist Schimmel an den Wänden, die sogar schon auf den Matratzen überging. Matratzen waren alle dreckig obwohl der Vermieter meinte die wurden alles erst gereinigt !!!. Fenster und Türen lassen sich nicht richtig schließen. Es ist sehr unsicher und kalt gewesen, so kalt das wir alle Krank wurden. Keine anständige Heizmöglichkeiten. Ständiger Stromausfall wenn zwei Geräte benutzt wurden. Duschen konnte man nur mit Tropfwasser mehr kam aus der Brause nicht raus....

"Stayed here for Royal Palace and early starting point for Pompeii the next day. Excellent communication and apartment was very well stocked. Good security gates. Owner included many special touches. There were a few stairs. Easy to work with and even offered to pick us up from train station which was only 3 minutes away."

"It’s not often that I’m left lost for words; however I genuinely struggled for the first hour or so of being at the property due to being totally overwhelmed by how lovely it is! From the furniture and fittings, to the pool, to the little extras such as the welcome food and wine package and complimentary toiletries, the owners have thought about every detail and the property is stunning. "This apartment is perfect!!! It’s exactly as described. The wifi worked great, it’s immaculate, the air conditioning units worked great, so close to Caserta castle, train station and town. Self check-in was very easy and Rita is in contact in case of any problems. Quick walk from the train station to the front of the palace, turn right and you are practically in the apartment.
