"La struttura sarà stata stupefacente appena aperta! Tavoli in ferro e ceramica, piscina grande e sicura con bar annesso e stanze ampie. Naturalmente adesso sarà passato un po di tempo e qualche aggiustarina si dovrebbe fare! La posizione è più che ottima. Se devo trovare qualcosa che non mi piace sono l'impossibilità di tenere la porta finestra aperta, in quanto sul passaggio principale della struttura e la colazione che non offre prodotti del luogo o brioches fresche, ma surgelate. In generale...

"Una struttura nel cuore di Spello che è rimasta ferma agli anni 70. Camere arredate con mobili di quell'epoca e per di piu rovinati. Il letto di una scomodità come pochi. Non parliamo poi del bagno che meriterebbe una ristrutturazione da cima a fondo. La cosa che sicuramente pesa di piu è il fatto di aver trovato un wc palesemente vecchio in quanto si vedevano chiamaramente due strisce color arancio che scendevano in verticale, segno questo di un bagno inutilizzato e non pulito frequentemente....

"The house is ideal for a couple or family with up to 3 children. It is off the beaten track but that is its charm. The views are senational and the house lacks for nothing for self catering. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. Most impottantly, Nadia, the owner is the most conscientious and solicitous of host. She speaks admirable English and visited every other day to check we were OK and to to clean...

"Barbara was a wonderful, caring, responsive host! She had yummy treats waiting for us on arrival. Her place was really enjoyed by our whole family. It is a beautiful setting! We especially enjoyed the outside area of the property with the outdoor fireplace and hot tub and pool. My 14 year old grandson wanted to move to this house!"
