● Climate Control: The unit is equipped with a central HVAC system. To adjust the temperature, please contact the host. The default setting is 68 degrees in the summer and 72 degrees in the winter.
● Laundry: A washer and dryer are in the Unit
● Strictly No Pets: Please be aware that we have a strict no pet policy for this property.
●Strictly No Parties: This property is intended for residential use only. We have a strict no party policy in place to ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for all guests
● We have an exterior camera at the entrance to monitor compliance. Any violation will result in the termination of the reservation without any refund.
● With 2 bedroom in Cabin we don't have additional key, so don't lose your key
● Our farm has a steam room in the master suite. Relax with your favorite essential oil and enjoy the overall health benefits.

Keep Doors Closed: During colder months, outdoor critters like cats and mice may try to enter if doors are left open. Please close all doors when not in use to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of the house.
Hot Water Usage: The house is equipped with a hot water tank. To ensure everyone has enough hot water, we recommend rotating turns for showers and spacing them out to allow the tanks time to refill and reheat.
