"I was kind of disgusting, when I was eating the most delicious burger ever a RAT was running around the dining area. I was unable to finish my meal. Make me wonder what areas this RAT has been since the kitchen was near by. "

"Nice property. Close to lots of dining, and shopping. Walking distance to Romerberg and Zoo. Parking lot is across the street so not convenient when you have lots of bags. Parking lot is also tight for modern cars."

"My go to hotel in Frankfurt, I get not everyone's cup of tea, but it is exactly like you see on the pictures. Well located for exploring the City, If arriving by train from the airport or main train station get off at Hauptwache stop and exit towards the end of the train you have just got off, the station before on the map may look nearer but it isn't. Reception is on the sixth floor, you need a card to access the other floors. Dedicated check in staff would be nicer rather than having to disturb someone from the bar is my only criticism. The shower is great and lovely smelling soap and shower gel, comfy bed and warm duvet"
