Schöne Wohnung, gut gelegen. Nicht-proaktive Kommunikation durch den Vermieter. Am Tag der Anreise wurde uns mitgeteilt dass es nur ein Schlafzimmer gibt anstatt zwei, Schlafsofa war unbequem. Wir haben für 5 Personen gebucht. Bettwäsche gabs aber nur für 4 Personen (wurde jedoch nachgreicht). Ebenfalls nur 4 Stühle am Tisch. Kaffeemaschine defekt. Die Summe der Kleinigkeiten machts.

Sehr schöne Wohnung - Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abzügen
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Sie war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Gewürze, Essig, Öl sind vorhanden. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, sodass man gut für mehrere Personen auch etwas aufwendigere Gerichte hätte kochen können. Der Balkon ist für laue Sommerabende perfekt. Leider war die Kommunikation im Vorfeld nicht besonders gut. Wir wollten schon früher am Tag einchecken und haben das bereits am Tag der Buchung (7 Monate vor der Reise) über FeWo-Direkt kommuniziert. Über FeWo-Direkt wurde nicht auf meine Nachrichten reagiert. Daher habe ich es zwei Tage vor der Anreise wieder probiert. Die angegebene Handynummer gehört zu einem WhatsApp-Business-Kontakt, wo auf Nachrichten auch nicht reagiert wurde. Erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen hat sich Herr Jorissen zurückgemeldet. Wir konnten dann netterweise bereits am Vormittag in die Wohnung einchecken. Danke dafür nochmal! Die Check-In-Daten haben wir allerdings erst 2 Stunden vor unserer eigentlichen Ankunft bzw. 6 Stunden vor dem "normalen" Check-In bekommen. Das finde ich im Vergleich zu anderen Vermietern relativ spät. Für 4 Erwachsene waren nur zwei Badetücher zum Duschen/Baden bereitgelegt, aber das liegt vielleicht daran, dass die Wohnung schon früher für uns gerichtet sein musste...
