"Gratiae is a lovely host in her beautiful and classic home. Impeccably clean rooms and a great breakfast. An easy walk to Ostia for dining options and the ruins. "
"The mosquitoes in Rome were horrendous- but I killed 36 mosquitoes INSIDE the room as well. Was absolutely unbearable.
The staff did try to accommodate; they sprayed the room but it made zero difference. "
"only stayed a night waiting from my fly out of Fiumicino; choose the hotel b/c the very reasonable cost (add to it the taxi from and back to the airport ~ 45 euros each way). The staff was extremely helpful and nice, that is what I liked the hotel most. Be aware : few options to eat near by but drinks/snacks at the hotel cafeteria were inexpensive "

"Disgusting. Dirty inside and outside. Damp, smelly, plaster coming off the walls. Hair in the bedding. No bath or shower you had to hose yourself down in a dry bath. Checked in and then straight out. Booked a hotel elsewhere. Hotel.com not helpful with my complaint "
Elegant Spacious Villa in Serene Roman Oasis -- Family-Friendly
10/10 Excellent
"Nice property that fitted our needs, staying a couple nights after a trip to the Amalfi coast. Comfortable, well equipped, easy communication and with the owner."
"The place is beautiful and comfortable, all are welcoming and helpful, the area is totally safe and walkable, public transport not a far walk, the internet could use some work and maybe a transport service into Rome center could be helpful. All in all, I would defy stay there again, oh and the restaurant Boca which is next door, is second to none!! Absolutely fantastic!!! "
"Property managers were very accessible and communicated in English very well via WhatsApp. Property was super clean and well stocked. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board is limited transportation. Although it is not the owners fault it is something to consider when booking - if you don't rent a car the bus stops are a bit of a walk and uber/taxi were 40-75 Euros to get to Rome city attractions. It is a 20 min walk to nearest grocery store and 10 min to a few restaurants."
