It was not advertised that this was on private property right next to the house until check in time. "This place is a gem! Don't let the street it is on fool you. It's an older neighborhood but felt very safe. The house was super clean and had everything you could want. Kind bed was very comfortable (I asked what kind of mattress it had it was so great). Close enought to downtown to grab a bite or poke around. We were there for a wedding so we didn't get to spend much time at the house but would stay there again! Hosts are great communicators."

"Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!! EXCELLENT customer service! Overall not a bad experience and it was very convenient to my activity."
