"From the front desk to the waitstaff in the restaurant, everyone was friendly and could communicate with us as we didn’t speak much German. The food was very good at the restaurant and the location was right in the middle of town. If you’re from the states and used to cold A/C you’ll have to let that go and enjoy the “light” A/C. "Excellent service and wonderful food. We really enjoyed relaxing in the "Wald Apotheke" bar with the very interesting and enjoyable cocktail creations from Markus. The staff are warm and welcoming, always happy to help. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of local high quality food. The same is true for the evening meal. The hotel is in a quiet area with plenty of local hiking routes in the Bavarian forest. "
