"The property was the cleanest rental we've ever used! Beds were amazing, furnishings were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked. However, other reviews stating that the furniture is low is accurate. We were visiting my 96 year-old father who did have difficulty getting in and out of it. Our only negative about the property was the backyard which needs some attention -crumbling patio bricks, sections of the fence are broken in spots, and the fire pit is rusting out. "We came down to attend a concert at Toyota Center so the house was a little further out than we wanted but it was amazing nonetheless. We were able to uber for not a whole lot. James was very helpful & answered all my texts promptly. My sister in law & I had discussed renting this house again in the summer time & bring our kids. The pool was beautiful but because it’s middle of November we didn’t get to get in. We did use the fire pit tho & we had a good 2 nights staying here. Thank you James...
