Exactly what I needed
Like most buildings in the Split old town area, the outside was not great and the main hall & stair need a good cleaning. However, once inside the room, everything was fresh, updated, and sparkling clean. I rented the small room without any outdoor spaces or eating area. For one night, that was all I needed. There was a nice big refrigerator, a very comfortable bed with optional extra blankets and a desk area. The caretaker was very communicative and helpful. The apartment is only about a block and a half away from the palace walls, so walking to the tourist area was easy. I'd stay here again.

Perfect location
Apartment based 5 - 10 max mins(walking) away from everything and away from all the touristy crazyness so easy with luggage. Everything looked brand new. I would definitely recommend this place.

Very nice apartment with high standard, close to the old town but a little hard find. The area closest to the apartment and the view was not very nice. The host met up and was very nice and friendly.

We loved this Apartment. Very well appointed and well suited for family of 5 (inc 3 teenagers). It is in perfect position just off the old town and 5 minutes walk to sea promenade. Laura (the Manager) was very friendly and helpful and assisted us with taxi to airport.

Hosts were super friendly , great knowledge of the area , offered a pick up service . I had just a room and not an apartment and the only issue I have is that when someone moved into the apartment next door , the walls are really thin and you can hear everything . Overall great owners and a comfortable clean place to stay

This apartment is in a perfect location. On a very quiet street in a nice neighborhood, yet less than a five-minute walk to the center of town and Diocletian's Palace. Laura, the proprietor, is friendly, courteous, and very helpful. And, of course, Split is a magnificent city!

Great location and value for money
I stayed at the premises during the off-season Easter period and found a good value for money option. It was easy walking access to the Walled Old Town pedestrian area - probably about 3 min away. The room was well appointed and had a little fridge and coffee / tea provisions. There was no attached kitchenette however which I had found was pretty standard in most hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia, but as I was not self-catering, it was not an issue. The bathroom was luxurious with a super large and modern feel and bathing area, a welcome change when compared to most other bathing facilities for mid-range hotels / apartments during my visit to Croatia.

Amazing Split
Laura was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was spacious, quiet, private and scrupulously clean, an easy walk to the old city, with shops nearby, and a welcome outdoor courtyard. The decor was rather clinical and some welcoming touches (wine, flowers, toiletries) might have helped to soften this. The ability to make coffee in some form should be considered an essential! Split is an extraordinary place and well worth a few days' visit. Diocletian's Palace totally lives up to the hype, we ate well, and the old town is vibrant and fun. We had a pleasant and comfortable stay and would recommend the apartment.

Split Apartment
ituated in a great location just outside the old city of Split. Our taxi dropped us and just pointed - it took about 15 minutes to find the apartment. Would be worth mentioning that is next to the Split Theatre so you get dropped in the right place. Rang the number as per instructions and was met by Laura who showed us the apartment. Better described as a room, but having said that it was clean, good aircon, good wifi, good location, great shower. We stayed for one night before a cruise and 3 nights after the cruise. When we returned from the cruise we wanted to drop our bags and even though it was only about 09:30, Laura again met us and allowed us to leave our luggage as the apartment was empty. One thing that is worth mentioning is that you have to pay in Cash (Euros or Kunas), although that seems to be the case in a lot of places in Split. So many places do not take plastic. Maybe this could be added to the Website. Overall I would recommend this for a short stay in Split if you want to be close to all of the restaurants/bars but just a bit away from the noise.

Nice stay in Split
The Apartment is just 5 minutes Walk down to the Riva. Its right next to the old town. Other than you have to haul your bags up 2 flights of steps, all was very nice. Laura the Owner was most helpful. Good A.C., and clothes washer were appreciated. Its a quiet apartment in a very safe area, with cafés all about. I would stay again. Get a car & driver, to go enjoy stunning Makarska, one hour away. Bol, on the far coast of Brac, is spectacular.
