Highly Recommended Stay in Split
We had an amazing time at this accommodation. The house is very spacious and clean for a couple to stay, and Toma is super friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the old town of Split, making it a very pleasant stay during the hot summer. Highly recommended!

The property is amazing, everything you need, like an apt in NY!
Shopping close by, ferry, bus, tours a short walk away. Get walking directions before you arrive.

Apartment was very clean and well provisioned. In a quiet area. Great number of outlets. Location was quiet and reasonably close to beach and restaurants. Some stairs and inclines to get to the location. .

Great, comfortable stay
Less than a 10 minute walk to the old town so very convienient. Toma was so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The apartment was nicely decorated and modern which we were impressed with, we just noticed a couple of areas that could have had a little more attention with cleaning. But overall great stay for the great price and would stay again if we came back to split!

Good, but not that good.
positive: New appartement , quiet street, only walking area. Laundry machine. Walking distance to restaurants.
Negative: not that clean, really small fridge (minibar), space too small for three people (no place for walking around).
When we left we had to pay cleaning fee. I new we had to pay tourism tax, but they added also a cleaning fee.
