"Extremely disappointed to learn of a $20 "resort fee" at the time of checkout. I was told it was for coffee and water in the room and pool access. I didn't use the pool and found out about the coffee when checking out at the reception desk. They were happy to take $5.00 for the Starbucks coffee downstairs. ..."
