Families traveling with children will love the large backyard where they can play freely and create everlasting memories together. It's also a great place to admire lovely sunrises and sunsets during your stay. Upon entering the home, you will come across an inviting living room with comfortable furniture surrounding a smart TV with streaming services - this is a great spot to gather with your loved ones and watch a fun series or movie together.

The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes and maybe try some new ones! This level also features a private bedroom with carpeted floors, a desk, and an en suite bathroom. It has a walk-in shower with a ceiling-mounted rain shower, hand-held shower head, bench, and grab bars for senior guests. The remaining 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath (with tub) are located downstairs in the daylight basement. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site and central AC.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
