I didn't stay. I cancelled at the counter because the agent wanted $250 room deposit and she also asked for id from my guest. I was booked with cancellation protection and I disputed the transaction with Chime and was not reimbursed. Never again

Champagne ice bucket has dirty water with mold. Housekeeping didn't make beds or remove wet dirty towels on the floor. No towels given on the 2nd day. Air filter in the bathroom is so dirty and needs to be cleaned.

The man who checked us in was not welcoming at all. He spoke in a monotone and didn’t even look at us. There were several hairs on the sheets of one bed, and a plastic wrapper on the floor.

Disappointed in breakfast options. Heater kept making clicking noise all night. Room was very clean but the bathroom requires updating. However, the bathroom was clean. Our stay was good for a night but would probably find something better for a longer stay. We were more interested in an economical price due to exchange rate on Canadian to American $’s.

Found roaches in room floors were unvacumed no lock on sliding door to balcony from room pool and fitness room not available. Not impressed when i could have paid just 30 dollars more a night and haf a 4 star hotel...
