The hotel staff does such a great job and was very helpful and friendly. Checking in was fast and efficient, breakfast staff did a fantastic job making sure food stocked and the breakfast area was clean(kudos), and we asked for a lare check out if possible and was told "absolutely, not a problem". Couldnt be more appreciative of this hotel and the team working there during our stay. The room was very clean, well laid out, and had great amenities. We will likely stay here for all future trips to Spokane due to convenience, cleanliness, and the great staff. Thanks Hampton Inn team! 👏

We really enjoyed the transportation and offered by the hotel, the room accommodations were very nice. Liked the shaving washable area separate from toilet/shower area. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The only comment I would have is there needs to be a grab bar in the shower for older people. And the mattresses were very noisy. Cannot figure that one out. It was under the mattress where it made the squeaky sound, which was very annoying that needs to be fixed. Hotels need to remember that the most important part of the stay is the comfortable bed.

The only thing that eas a issue: I sleep with A/C fan on low and this particular room the fan was louder than usual and mad a lot of noise on Hi and low settings.
