We do have a recording device on the outside of the condo for safety and security. Camera(s) do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is a Ring camera at the front door and faces the street. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas. Our after hours team does not have access to the Ring camera system, so please do not ring the doorbell for immediate help. Call or text our 24/7 phone line if you have issues.
We do require guests to e-sign a vacation rental agreement for stays of any length prior to check in. We request guests fill out a check-in form so that we can best prepare for your stay.
Non-Airbnb Guests: Guests give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to request to screen identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
Guest Access:
You'll access this unit by parking in the designated covered parking area, or in uncovered parking, and finding the entrance on the left side of the pool-- follow the fence. Once you enter that door, your entrance is straight through the mail room. Shared laundry room available on site (coin operated), downstairs to the right of the main entry. Laundry hours are 7am-10pm, we are not responsible for laundry left unattended.

Northwest Inspired Condo is within close vicinity of Whitworth University and Five Mile neighborhood, in a quiet, peaceful and safe area. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Roads are all paved and well-maintained during winter months. You'll enjoy being in close proximity to grocery, mall shopping, breweries, gastropubs, restaurants, coffee, wine, and so much more! Also available are LimeBike, LimeScooter, Spokane public buses (by STA, Spokane Transit Authority), Uber, Lyft and taxi cabs. You have a full private bathroom in your unit. Laundry is coined operated and located below the unit in the same building.

Laundry is coined operated and located below the unit in the same building. Sorry, we do not provide laundry supplies.
Pool is OPEN for summer 2024, so far. This is a seasonal pool and may open/close for any reason and at anytime. The HOA controls the opening schedule of the pool, as well as maintenance, so we cannot guarantee that the pool will be open during your stay.
Absolutely NO jumping from balcony into the pool.
No smoking or vaping on the premises, or on the balcony. Guests are kindly asked to walk up to the street to smoke.
While most reservations go through without a hitch, we understand that sometimes things happen. We want to offer our guests the best and most price-effective option for those incidents that we hope do not occur. We found that damage deposits can be costly, frustrating and we don't want to hold any of your hard-earned money 'just in case'.
For Airbnb reservations: We do not charge a damage deposit on site because Airbnb offers AirCover.
For non-Airbnb reservations: We charge a nightly fee for damage insurance in lieu of charging a damage deposit. This fee is nonrefundable and should be added to your reservation at checkout. If it is not, we will contact you to process payment for this charge. This fee pays for protection through a third-party company and covers property damage that may occur during your stay.
After booking confirmation, you have the option to purchase third-party travel insurance for up to 14 days prior to your stay. Please reach out via message if you're interested in travel insurance.
Airbnb does their own guest screening and we do ours.
For non-Airbnb reservations, we use a quick and simple third party guest screening service. Please watch for this email and complete the appropriate steps. Message/call us if you encounter any problems or have questions about this service. We require non-Airbnb guests to submit documents to verify identity and perform background screening, which occurs through a third-party company to Safely. Cancellation policy applies to reservations that are cancelled due to guests not reading this requirement in the listing and not wanting to perform the background screening.
If you request check in less than 48 hours in advance, we will ask for a photo of your Identification matching the method of payment used, and meet you on site for check in to verify your reservation is for the booked guest. (Subject to change. Please message us with questions.)
