This was a beautiful little space to stay in while we visited in Spokane. Wonderful little touches such as special teas and coffees as well as the shower amenities. We would love to stay here again!
This was the perfect space to unwind and relax. The space was so cozy, clean and peaceful. Exactly what we were looking for. Tirza was communicative and the check in directions and process was seamless.
I was happily in a quiet cozy place for my work trip. My only wishes would be a bit softer bed and a little less echo. The ceilings were so tall it echoed in the room any little noise. Fortunately it was a quiet neighborhood.
What a gem! This property is clean, quite and perfectly located in Northern Spokane, near food, shopping and all one could need. The homeowner is very attentive and caring. I could not have asked for any more as my expectations were far exceeded.
I stayed at Le Petite during a quick visit to see my daughter at Whitworth. It was nice to find a place close to the campus as most of the decent vacation rentals I've stayed at are on the other side of Spokane. Definitely a plus to not have to deal with the traffic getting from one side of Spokane to the other. La Petite was quiet, comfy, and beautifully decorated. Tirza was a great host - checking in with me during my stay, lights were on in case I arrived after dark, and she even left some yummy Crumbl cookies for me on the counter. It is a studio so best suited for 1-2 people and there is a front house that is part of the property as well. The people in the front house were friendly so I didn't experience any issues. It is an older neighborhood and homes are close to one another, so sitting on the patio means the neighbors will see you too. So if you like your own private patio it might not be for you. However if you're looking for a cozy place to just rest your head and enjoy some quiet time in North Spokane, this is it. Le Petite will be one of my go-to's for future stays in Spokane.
Such a cute little guesthouse! The only reason I knocked a star off was because the bed was super hard. We had to buy a pad to put under the sheet. Other than that, it was such a beautiful little place to stay.
