"From the moment I arrived & through the final day of stay, my lodging experience was undeniably, positively, exquisitely remarkable! I arrived at 6AM (9 hours earlier than the 3PM standard check-in). I decided to have breakfast at their breakfast buffet in order to pass the time until a room became available. The high-quality food matched the high-quality service despite being short-staffed. The front-end staff from Manager Paul to servers Ana & Rosa were fantastic - they allowed offered me multiple pocket-size to-go freshly-made jams & replenished me with hot water for the countless times I needed hot water as I’m an avid tea drinker :) I was able to get work done in the comfy & well-equipped business center & hotel lobby space and never feared the safety of my personal items left in the lobby while taking restroom breaks in their public restrooms which were all accessible & clean!!! By 9AM, I was able to check-in early with the swift & friendly assistance of Jose (front desk) - he’s EL HOMBRE! I was extremely happy with my assigned room (double queen) which had a unique layout and my cousin who arrived shortly after check-in was very impressed from the outside in :) So much that she stayed an extra day! Shout-out to the Hyatt’s bedding items: bedsheets, blankets, pillowcases, pillows were all heavenly - the most comfortable bed I’ve stayed in bar none! Also appreciated the courtesy toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, & body wash! Definitely staying here again!"
