Drive a couple miles down the road to enjoy a wide selection of local food, drinks and shops OR hop on the Razorback Greenway to explore NWA by foot or by bike.

When you walk through the front door, you'll enter a hallway that leads directly to the living room. In the living room, you'll find a cozy sectional and four lounge chairs. Settle in for a movie on our 55-inch Samsung Smart TV or cozy up next to the fire with a good book! 

Off the living room, you'll find our dining room. Our round table can seat up to six people. Through the dining room, you'll see a hallway that leads directly to our large, fully-stocked kitchen. This space contains everything you need to create your favorite meal, baked good, or cup of coffee.

Are you up for a little friendly competition? Our game room has a foosball table, a pinball table, and a Galaga Arcade game console with Galaga, Pac Man, and Digdug.

Above the garage, you'll find another lounge area with a futon, two beanbag chairs, a 24-inch Vizio Smart TV, and board games.

At the end of the day, settle into one of our luxury beds. (1) Our first bedroom is complete with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, 50-inch Smart Vizio TV, desk area, accent chair, and en suite bath. (2) Our second bedroom is complete with a luxurious king-size bed, accent chair, and en suite bath. (3) Our third bedroom has two queen-size beds, two closets, and an en suite bath. (4-5) Our full-size and twin-size pullout beds can be found in the lounge area above the garage.

Out back, enjoy our patio and backyard with a private pool! On the patio, you'll find a lounge area, a bar with seating for six, and a propane grill. When you're not at home, drive a couple miles down the road to enjoy the local food, drinks, and shops of Downtown Springdale!

★ Fenced-in backyard with a POOL, lounge seating, BBQ grill and bar seating. Please note that the pool will be closed starting Oct 4, 2024.
★ 1 mile from J.B. Hunt Park and Razorback Greenway are NWA's premier walking, biking, and running trails.
★ 1 and a half miles from Springdale High School.
★ 2.7 miles from downtown Springdale.
★ 3 and a half miles from Bayyari Park and Mountain Bike Trails.
★ 20-minute drive to the University of Arkansas campus—great for game days!
★ It sleeps 10: 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, a twin pullout bed, and a full pullout bed.

Guest Access and Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

Parties or guest’s actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.
This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
