Had an unfortunate experience with their booking and staff. Unprofessional receptionist when I complained that my booking for two queen beds were not honored. They placed me and my companion in a king size bed with a small pullout couch with a sunken mattress. I was informed they were fully booked. No accommodation to the pricing was made and they were not pleasant when I complained. I did not ask for a full refund, but they should have discounted the rate for the inconvenience of an uncomfortable stay. The surprise of having to share a bed was not expected and the pullout couch was worse than sleeping on the floor. They definitely need to replace the entire couch and mattress. Hamptons, you did a bad thing by telling a customer that they do to guarantee any booking on Expedia. Be forewarned....this hotel states they do not guarantee any bedroom you chose on expedia! Expedia tried to resolve the issue and said the following "Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain approval from the property manager to issue a refund."
