The staff was friendly. The bed was squeaky and noisy and the pillows were lumpy. The room was fairly clean but had some mold in the bathroom. The breakfast room was not clean and had meager offerings so I did not eat there. The coffee was extremely weak and was more like tea.

Was reasonable and clean about what we expected. Breakfast was dismal. You could see through the coffee. There was cereal and waffles, no toast, no fruit, no yogurt.

For what we paid, I was surprised. The room was very clean and clearly, recently updated. Check in was very easy and the gentleman checking me in was very kind. If I ever need surgery again, I will probably stay here, again.

Good motel on western edge of Springerville

Nice clean room, pleasant proprietors, working Wi-Fi, and convenient location. There were a few guests on motorcycles, who were all respectful (didn't sit around revving their engines needlessly; simply arrived or left). I had a pleasant, restful stay and would stay there again.
