The staff at this facility made us feel very much welcome. It was nice to come into a clean room after driving for seven hours in snowy, icy weather.

Room was ok smelled like bleach. The pool was empty was told it was closed for maintenance and would be filled up the next day. Nope two days later still empty. Elevator is broke had to use stairs all weekend. No hot tub.

We arrived around midnight with my 5 yr old granddaughter in tow to find someone else was checked in to our room. I pre-paid online, non refundable, 2 Queen beds. Not sure how thats even possible but the poor lady who checked us in had a real mess on her hands. Despite the 30 min of chaos, and having to squeeze the 3 of us into a king bed, she was very pleasant and she went straight to working in out. One we got settled, we passed out until morning. The morning staff was very pleasant as well.
