The Space:

With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. Each bedroom is adorned with plush bedding, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Televisions in each bedroom allow you to unwind and watch your favorite shows in the comfort of your private space.

For the little ones, we have an adorable kids' room that's sure to spark their imagination. This room offers plenty of space to play with toys and games, creating endless opportunities for fun and laughter. The cozy nook even has a beanbag, perfect for snuggling up with a book or enjoying some quiet time.

We're delighted to welcome your furry companions! A $75 pet fee per reservation is applicable, and we kindly request a maximum of two dogs, each weighing up to 40 lbs, and non-shedding.
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask that dogs refrain from using furniture or beds. Please be responsible for cleaning up any messes your dogs may create during your stay. If our cleaners have to perform excessive cleaning, we will be passing those fees onto you.
For the safety and well-being of all, we require that pets be crated when you are not present at the property. Additionally, we ask that your dogs be housebroken and kept on a leash at all times when outdoors or within fenced spaces.
If your dog tends to be vocal, we kindly request that you do not leave them outside while they are barking to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a pleasant stay for everyone.

Here's what you should do before your arrival.
Complete verification:
• Please be aware that the door code will only become active once the verification process is successfully completed.
Choose One of the Following Options:
• Refundable $500 Deposit: You can opt for a refundable deposit of $500. This deposit will be returned to you within 14 days following your stay, with a minor processing fee subtracted. In the event of any damages, repair costs will be deducted from this deposit.
• $49 Damage Waiver: Alternatively, you can select a $49 non-refundable damage waiver, which offers protection against accidental damage up to $500.
This property does not allow pets.
This home and property is smoke free. You will be fined $300 if we find evidence of smoking in the home or outside property.
Please make sure all remotes are left at the property. If we are missing any remotes after your stay, we will charge you $25 for a replacement.
We only provide starter consumables such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, coffee, etc. If the starter supplies are not sufficient for your stay, please check out our guidebook for the nearest store to purchase more supplies for yourself and guests.
-Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
-This is a smoke free property. Please refrain from smoking/vaping. If evidence is found, including smell, there will be a $300 fine.
-While we do allow up to 2 dogs, 40 pounds or less, a pet fee of $75 is required.
-Pets are NOT allowed on furniture.
-Please clean up after your pet in the yard.
-Pets must be crated if left alone at the property.
-Parties are NOT allowed.
-Please note: any booking over 2 weeks will require an inspection, and a mid stay clean at your expense.
