We didn't know the building would be stripped down to the bare necessities for a renovation occuring in a few days?! No breakfast as advertised. No smoke alarms.

The offerings of this location are limited. It is a nice budget hotel, but that is it: remote location, limited dining options, and limited hotel offerings. The hotel is poorly kept, the elevator is short-circuited, and the advertised continental breakfast consists of rotten bananas, cornflakes, and a jug of milk sitting on the counter room temp.

The staff was very friendly and let me stay an hour passed the check out time while my husband played golf. You need signs on several roads so people know you are there and where. You should have the Lincoln Park do the same which would help your business.

The front desk lady was very nice and gave us an upgrade to a sweet on the 3rd floor.The floor was sticky, so we cleaned it with some wet towels. I didn't want to bother the lady at the front desk because she was the only one on duty.

Staff at check in were very nice. Everyone was very friendly. I think the hotel is about to undergo some renovations so the room wasn’t esthetically pleasing, but the bed was very comfortable & met our needs. We were only there for one night, so it was tolerable.

Quiet, a little unnerving to get to, the roads are 2 lane and lots of curves and dark too. We had an accessable room and the shower wand had no caddy so you always had to hold it. It was dated and had obvious fixes that were not professionaly done. A tissue box and hair dryer caddy but no tissues or hairdryer.

This property is horrible. We waited 10 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk to check in. We actually had to go find them; there is no water in swimming pool, there is no refrigerator microwave or coffee pot in the room; it is very difficult to find since it is in an industrial area my advice is do NOT stay at the Springfield Inn.

The owners and staff here were fantastic. We had a turkey hit our windshield and smashed it completely. This was on Mothers Day do no place was open to fix our vehicle. We were out of state. We stayed here. They offered a later checkout, allowed us to stay in the lobby and allowed us access to a covered area to get the windshield replaced on their property. Could not have asked for more. Thank you for your hospitality.

The owners/managers were very friendly and helpful however the facility is tired. They are updating as they can but it’s an old building. The furnishings are on lower end and again tired. Everything was very clean and and did the job. Probably would not go back.

Clean older hotel. Staff was nice. Free breakfast was only coffee yogurt and dry cereal. You will need to plan that meal elsewhere. Overall good condition. As a female staying with kids i felt safe in hotel but there needs more lighting in parking lot.

The pictures advertised of this property do not match reality. The pool is drained and has dirty water standing in part of it. The room...where do I start? The bed is horrible and uncomfortable. The bed linens consist of one sheet plus a paper thin, polyester, sketchy bedspread. The pillows were bizarre, and unmatched, and seemed to have been in use since 1975. The bathtub was unclean, brown streaks were in it. Words escape me beyond this description. The person working the desk was nice, that's the only positive thing I have to say about this place.
