Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1 (Main Floor): Decorated in whites, grays, and browns, this room features a California King-sized bed, a large closet, and space for a crib or pack n-play.

Bedroom 2 (Main Floor): Vibrant and boho-inspired, this room boasts a queen-sized bed in a custom-built maple frame, a closet, a hammock swing, and yoga equipment.

Bedroom 3 (Second Floor): A private room with a walk-in cedar closet, a queen-sized bed, and a door that separates it from the second-floor living room. The room is decorated in light grays and pastels, offering a quiet and cozy ambiance.

Please note that prior registration and a pet agreement are required to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all. Rest assured, we spoil our furry guests with special treats, cozy blankets, and entertaining toys, so they feel right at home during their stay.

RV Travel Made Easy:
For those traveling in RVs, we have you covered! The Cherry St House offers convenient RV parking with hookups, making your stay super simple. We understand the desire for flexibility and adventure, and our RV accommodations provide a comfortable and hassle-free experience. Just park, hook-up, and embrace the convenience of having all the comforts of home right at your fingertips.

BOOKING DETAILS
After making your reservation,
our team will get in touch with you to go over your registration details and gather information about your upcoming stay. This will include details about who will be traveling with you and pet verification, as well as instructions on how to easily purchase a damage waiver from our partner, Waive-It.

The damage waiver is priced at just $35 and covers unexpected accidents that may occur during your time with us, giving you peace of mind throughout your stay.

House Rules: To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

*No smoking, vaping, or burning of incense or candles.

*No parties or events without host permission. Additional fees may apply.

*Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Only registered guests are allowed. No extra visitors are allowed without prior notification.

Approved pets only (2 dogs max) with host consent. Dogs must be housebroken, fully vaccinated, and not left unattended. They should only be kept on the main floor and always on a leash when outside. A fee and non-refundable per pet per night charge may apply for unauthorized pets.

Check-In and Check-Out:

*Check-in time is any time after 4 pm.

We live close by and will meet you at the property to provide access codes, demonstrate lock and alarm system operation, and ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. We will reach out before your visit to confirm arrival times and accommodate early check-ins if possible. At check-in, we'll show you around, provide operating instructions for amenities like the solo stove, grill, and movie projector, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
