Perfect stay! Helpful staff, super clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast! Excellent location within walking distance to NY attractions. Convenient on site parking. Highly recommend

Staff was generally helpful & always present... so we felt safe. There was overnight construction on the street front that was noisy every night. Earplugs supplied by staff helped. On Wednesday morning the hot water would not turn on... it did not turn on until Thursday night! We could not shower for 36 hours! Each staff person had a different excuse or half-truth. The lack of hot water really sucked and not being able to shower, we did not get what we paid for. A partial refund would be the noble thing to offer.

Staff went above and beyond to be kind and helpful. The hotel is really beautiful with an amazing rooftop bar. I would definitely stay here again.

W Time Square hotel had amazing staff. Check-in and check-out was extremely easy and convenient. I would have left 5 starts if I had not visited the lounge/bar. At the bar/lounge, staff was rude, we waited over 15 minutes to get service and didn’t get any until I approached the bartender, who ignored me twice. I asked the waitress and she was rude and didn’t check on us once. She brought the check with our drinks and assumed we were done. I closed the tap right away and on our way out, the busier asked us to go back and throw a pizza box I left at the table, which was extremely embarrassing. I had left extra tip just for the box, but took it back with the box. I wan to mention the place was not busy at all. We decided we would not use of $30 credit/day to avoid such service. Which is a shame because we did spent way above the credit. Cleanliness: The room smelled clean, however, the toiles had urine stains, the bathtub was missing one curtain, and there was dust and hairs all over the bathroom floor. The cleaning staff took care of it right away. Although we didn’t mind, it made us wonder about the beds, carpet, and furniture. Location was very convenient, we had bakeries, restaurants, pizza, and many shopping stores around, including souvenirs. Place seems very safe and clean all around.
