Delightful nature retreat in historic Galloway nestled alongside the rail trail - home too many birds and animals - on our much loved organic farm and animal haven - a very peaceful and healing environment . The retreat consists of a large room with a big very comfy king sized bed a tv , couch tables and kitchenette - the bathroom entrance is outside a few steps from your main room - Outside is a wonderful picnic table and chairs for your relaxation and enjoyment of the natural surroundings and free range animals - We also have another listing on this property - should you wish to share your holiday experience with friends and family - please check our other listing

Excellent Location
Victoria made us so welcome. Beds were comfortable. The space was clean and I loved the style of the furnishings. We had ducks greeting us on our first morning so it was one of our highlights. The sound of birds, wind blowing through the trees was soothing. So I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

There was no reply to the knocking or calling out when we arrived, at the time we were asked to. There were also dogs barking. We left the property and found somewhere else to stay and then received an email from the hostess. Too late. We require a refund.

Ok for the price. Chickens were a bit of nuisance at times. One managed to leave a deposit on my car the day I Left. Basin leaks when overflow . TV needs checking gave off a lot of heat.

Property described with kitchenette.Shelf with microwave and toaster.Undersized bar fridg and no washing up facilities.Asked for fresh towels on third day.Given new cheap towels that had not been washed.Partner locked door and told that afternoon no key.Had to go away and come back later after locksmith cut key.Room not serviced at all.Read ad and then you decide what should have been supplied.
