"This propery was advertised as a 4 bed with a hot tub. The photos do not reflect the entire property. When we arrived it was a 3 bed, no hot tub and the house is tired. It was fairly clean. We could not stay there as it did not fit our needs. It took many calls and texts to get agreement for a refund. While the host communicated, it took much prompting to actually receive a refund. If advertised appropriately, this could have been avoided."
