On our check in day we hadn’t been provided any check in instructions so we called him at 3:45 only to be told that he had double booked the room and that we were going to be left homeless for the night. After an extremely RUDE and HOSTILE phone call where no accountability was taken on his part we were left to scramble and find a different place to sleep. "This place was a comfy basement suite with a separate entrance. I stayed here with just my cat and me; however, there are three beds. If something is wrong, the host is easy to approach and will solve the problem quickly. The area is quaint, near many grocery stores and good places to eat. It's also close to the highway, so it's easy to get there or head somewhere else. The basement is cool during the hot summer days. They have kids, and sometimes they make noise; I don't think it's a big deal....

"I picked this property for its perfect cleanliness rating because I have impossible standards. This is a cozy little house on the outskirts of town where myself and three colleagues/friends held a weekend writing retreat. Having four bedrooms was great as it ensured everyone had a room. "We spent three nights in the VRBO with our groomsmen and their partners . The property was absolutely beautiful and each couple had their own space and their own bathroom. We spent a few evenings visiting and playing games in the comfortable family room. We also enjoyed one night in and cooked together. Overall, we had the best experience and the house was perfect! "

"This was our first stay with VRBO and it was excellent. Linda was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. This property was a cute little loft that had everything we needed and had easy access to the city. There were a few small issues due to the previous guests but Linda was quick to resolve them. They are clean n modern everything is within walking distance i have everything i need during my days off. May and ryan go above and beyond for those that stay here! "The property was clean and the staff were friendly. I traveled with my 4 yesr old and the pool was top notch. Its shallow end was perfect for him to play and splash in without me needing to hold him above water the whole time. The deeper end would be fun for people who are able to swim. The hot tub was refreshing and hot. The steam room was also a nice touch. The room was clean and spacious. I liked the layout with a small entry way where the fridge and refreshment center were situated. It made more room in the sleeping area. The lounge was open late, allowed children in which was great when we needed a bite to eat after swimming and the food was delicious. The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast i have ever had from a hotel... we travel a decent amount too so we have experienced the spectrum! It was prepared in an actual kitchen so the food was hot and fresh. The variety was also a bonus, especially when feeding a small one. Tons of options to please even the fussiest of eaters. Even the coffee was delicious! Convenieltly located close to major roadways making it easy to get around the city quickly. 10/10 would stay here again. "
