"Great location- 2 clean cabins and great view of the pond! Off the beaten path. Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!"

"My family had a great time at the beautiful lakeside cottage. We have spent many family vacations in ME. This was one of the best. It's a great spot for multi generation family gatherings. The location was perfect. The lake is beautiful and totally serene. All the lake amenities (tubes, kayaks, float) were a huge plus. Plus the lawn, volleyball net and Zipline were perfect for extra fun. Our kids had a blast each day. Unfortunately we did not have the best weather during our week long vacation...

"Unit 9 was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had enough of everything we needed to make breakfast. The living room was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms are tight; one bed was firmer than the other. It was too rainy to use the nice deck and picnic table. Despite being located on Route 1 we were not at all bothered by highway noise. We would choose to stay here again."

The mattress is completely broken down and awoke every morning with a terrible stiff back.Also, there seems to be a black beatle infestation as I killed over a dozen of the little critters in a week. "Had an amazing stay at this charmer on the coast! Very clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Spent many hours just watching the ducks and birds enjoying the treats that come and go as the tides change. Great jumping off point to enjoy the beautiful coast of Maine! The only drawback is that the road is incredibly close to the house and the traffic noise is impossible to drown out, especially when trying to sleep in the second bedroom. Not ideal, but we would definitely return! "
