"This property is self checkin with no front desk but all instructions are provided the morning of your stay. I stayed in a medium room overlooking a courtyard. It had a handy kitchenette & washing machine. It's really close to the station & the beautiful opera house. It's also close to the Hop On Hop Off bus which is handy if the weather is inclement. Highly recommend & would stay again. "

"It’s a really nice camping sight with a fun playground for kids. The apartment was spacious and clean with enough beds for all of us and a nice bathroom. If you have small kids, we recommend this space. We didn’t visit the surrounding places but we did use it as a home base for our trips into Sweden. "

"Fabulous break in Oslo, I can sincerely recommend Clarion Hub. The hotel is very impressive, very comfy bed, cleanliness was to a very high standard. Breakfast was also a plus, fruit was so fresh and tasty, pastries yummy and also the good old English breakfast was nice. We missed breakfast it was a Monday our final day, it finishes at 9:30, I arrived 10 minutes after this, I managed to get toast and fruit juice. I would like to mention a member of staff who was very busy clearing all away, we chatted briefly and he was very kind to offer to get me bacon and eggs from the kitchen, I politely declined but what a lovely guy and an asset to the hotel. This gesture made me feel very welcome and looked after. "

"Room was as advertised and exactly what we needed in a central location. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, I came down and asked for 2 more pillows which was no problem. Only issue to be aware of is parking, which is no fault of the hotel however it is incredibly expensive to park in the multi-story across the road. We paid 570NOK for 20 hours. "

"Lovely modern clean hotel. 10 - 15 minute walk from Oslo Sentral Station. 5 minute walk form Opera House and the sea. Very friendly check-in, check-out, restaurant and breakfast dining staff. Good breakfast selection. Nice breakfast siting area - relaxing and well decorated. My room was a good size for one person and very clean. I was there for two nites. They have a sign to show that you do not need a room clean every day, which I used - a very good idea. This was my third stay in this hotel this year - so it must be good if I have returne!"

"Thon hotel opera is in walking distance from most tourist attractions or you can catch an uber if you don’t want to walk. This hotel did not disappoint. Heated floors in the bathroom, bathtubs, toiletries,and a minibar are all available depending on the floor plan you get. The breakfast was wonderful, so many options to choose from and very clean establishment. I have no complaints other than Oslo was very pricey."

"It was a birthday trip & on my birthday. The hotel left treats & a birthday note in our room, which was a nice touch. On our last night (thursday) a bar was playing drum & bass until 1am, the bass ran through the whole room, buzzing the walls. Like a too loud stereo in a car (obviously not the hotels fault) but glad we were not saying over a weekend, as I would assume it would mean... no sleep "
