"Loved the facility but did not care for the chair in the room and missed having a proper desk."

"It was a great day. The nicest thing was the quality of the people who work there. Very nice and eager to help. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The only thing where the renovations is taking place which made it a little bit ugly at the entrance and by the Jacuzzi, we were not worn at the time of making the reservation that there would be renovations taking place. But in any case it is a very nice hotel where we would happily go back anytime. "

"Reservation desk staff was nice and polite, I was offered a room upgrade, but somehow I ended up with 2 double beds instead of a king or queen bed which I realized only when I got back from dinner."

"Staff makes your stay the best! Very friendly, helpful and engaging. Good location. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Suite is well laid out. Some cupboards are a bit tired could a little attention. Nice grounds and wonderful hot tub pools. Breakfast is adequate. Some breakfast room chairs are a bit tired could you a refresh. "
