Loved Pam, our host!! The proximity to town was wonderful, the room we stayed in was her smallest, but it was plenty of space for the two of us and really felt like home. Can’t wait to go back!!

Our host Pam was excellent. Our room was very small with nowhere to sit and the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was great and we liked Nancy and Lulu (the dogs).

Absolutely Brilliant B & B
I went with my Son as we were going to a wedding and we couldn't have been more pleased with the experience. The owner Pam was very friendly and welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. The room was large, spacious, clean and very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and filling . Once again Pam couldn't do enough to help make the experience a real positive one . Couldn't recommend this B & B enough. Thank you.

The location was fantastic with great views of the ocean and it was a quick walk into town. Pam was a great host and very helpful and her breakfast menu was varied and tasty with lots of options. The house aand room were very well maintained and you could sit in the front yard (which was also lovely) and have a cuppa and enjoy the views. The only slight negative was the size of the room..a little small for our luggage but we managed. Apart from that I would highly recommend it for a stay at St Andrews.

The only thing I didn't like was that it was too far for me to walk into st Andrews, and parking was difficult, so I had to use taxis . This isn't the fault of the B&B , but the Expedia staff member who recommended the place & said it was central , which it isnt. I had specifically asked for a central B&B where I could walk everywhere.

Perfect Scottish Hospitality
Pam was an exceptional host and we found our stay perfect in every way. The breakfast of local smoked haddock and poached eggs was a real treat and exceptionally cooked. The room was smart, clean and welcoming. The view over the beach was the cherry on top.

Absolutely wonderful host and comfortable home!!!!
Pam was absolutely Wonderful! She did everything in her power to make our stay the absolute best. I would definitely recommend anyone traveling to stay with her. The room was very comfortable and updated. She made us a delicious custom breakfast every morning, and she did everything above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She gave us recommendations for dinner, where to purchase golf merchandise, and even recommended a local taxi/ driver for us to use for the weekend. I will be staying with her again the next time we visit St. Andrews with my Dad.

St. Andrews #12 B&B is a true feel of Scotland.
Very nice stay with an absolutely lovely person running her place. Nice breakfasts and comfy beds. Rooms are quite small however but you manage for short stay. Loved the location as we are walkers and loved to walk into town. Would stay there again. Pam is extremely helpful in knowing where to go and what to do.

Not worth a 4 star
We are Seniors our 10 th visit to Scotland over the past 11 years always stay in B and B,s which we thoroughly enjoy, however this one was a bit different. Interesting to note there are lots of 4-5 stars. Too bad the hospitality was not extended to us. We stayed 2 nights , the owner did us “a favor”by serving breakfast 8 am, however we were told in no uncertain terms it was usually 9 am, we are both 80 yrs old, I have to take medication at 7 am , ( can do 8 am) however to much of a stretch to wait till 9 am, basically I received 2 emails from hostess , rather rude in the content, stating folk with “ special, needs should go to a hotel! My goodness taking meds at 8 am comes under special needs. Ok no big deal, we just left early and had breakfast elsewhere, ,interesting to note, on our previous travels in Scotland at all the b and bs it was standard for breakfast to be served 7-30 - 9 am. However since there was no chairs in room we felt it rather uncom sitting around for two hours. NB nowhere on the site did it state 9 am. Methinks a rather late start to the day for tourists. Please Pam no further accusatory emails to my private email. Re room choice of rooms it was explained to your friend that showed us the rooms on arrival and explained in full to you, please do not repeat a mute point ,the bottom line 450$ for two nights , was a too much , Thanks...

Recently stayed here for the British open and had a lovely time the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing with fresh local produce. The owners were nice and had a great customer approach and the location was beautiful and close to all local amenities. Would 100% stay here again.

Lovely, Sunny B&B close to St. Andrews Town Center
We were looking for an apt or home to rent as a family four. But due to it being the University of St. Andrews graduation week, there were no accommodations available within walking distance of town. We were able to secure three bedrooms for our week long stay. One bedroom was en suite and the other two (a twin and double, respectively) shared one bathroom. This worked for our family but is really more ideal for couples traveling alone or families staying for a shorter period. While our week long stay was lovely, and the freshly-prepared breakfast each morning was delicious, a self-catering arrangement with more room would be more amenable to families. The location and the views from this B&B are spectacular. And as a runner, I had easy access to the Fife Coastal path where I did a 10K run past the St. Andrews Old Course each morning. The proprietor is friendly, funny and very helpful. I highly recommend this B&B if self-catering accommodations and more space are not a requirement for your family or group. It's ideal for couples or a small group of friends traveling together.

Great view of the water from the room and good breakfast. Bed was a little too soft for me. Had to leave early our last day and no box breakfast or anything was offerred. Is a 10-15 min. walk to the market street/shops/restaurants. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Superb B&B with outstanding breakfasts.
Number 12 was intended as a base whilst we attended a wedding a few miles away, yet we left feeling as though we had been staying with a good friend. Highlights were the delicious breakfasts eaten around a large dining table with other guests, the fabulous accommodation which was very comfortable and quiet, Pam's knowledge of St Andrews and her absolute passion for Scotland.

Charming B&B
Great location with a very easy walk into the village. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast hot and tasty. There are rooms of varying sizes but we chose the king size bed with a larger room. There was a nearby laundry and they did about three days of clothes for eight pounds. Parking in the front of the B&B was easy. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Perfect location for your golfing holiday
Felt like home from the first minute. Pam, the proprietor, was welcoming helpful but distant enough to allow your own personal time. Fantastic breakfast and great to meet others from all over the globe at breakfast. I will definitely stay here next time. Thanks Pammie!
