St Andrews - Luxurious 4 bedroomed town centre apartment

Sleeps 8 - A recently refurbished apartment which could not be more centrally located. Entered directly off Market Street the apartment occupies the first and second floors of this traditional town centre building. A sympathetic and extensive modernisation has been undertaken and this combined with the tasteful interiors has produced a wonderful holiday property. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 can be either twin beds or a super-king bed and the fourth is a double bed. There is a wonderful lounge which overlooks Market Street and a large modern dining kitchen. There are two bathrooms and a cloakroom. 102 Market Street is suited to all sorts of travellers from those making that once in a lifetime golfing pilgrimage to the family looking for a base for their Fife holiday. In the winter months it would be a great place for a short break and couldn't be better placed to benefit from all that St Andrews has to offer with all the town centre amenities right on your doorstep.

Wonderful family location
You simply can’t beat the location and accommodations. We were in st. Andrews for a week and didn’t even need a car. Kids banged around beaches, castles, and parks. Easily hopped on the bus when we needed a change in scenery. Lovely apartment with everything we needed.

The place is nice as expected by the photos but I just didn’t realize it would be in city center. It’s close enough to walk everywhere you need to go in St Andrews. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location and perfect accommodation
The description of the property totally conforms to the actual place, with the pictures giving a good view of how well the property is decorated. The rooms are spacious, everything was very clean on arrival and all appliances are modern and high-end. Really nothing to complain about and we definitely would be happy to stay in this apartment again if we have the chance to visit St Andrews again.

Appartamento molto bello e ben posizionato. Le immagini e le descrizioni corrispondono perfettamente alla realtà. Molto ben organizzato, c'è tutto quello che serve ed è dotato di accessori notevolmente sopra la media di quello che normalmente si trova in altre locazioni. La posizione è centrale, molto ben servita, ma non rumorosa. Il parcheggio per l'auto messo a disposizione nella via parallela è molto comodo e fa risparmiare tempo e denaro nel caso non ci fosse stato. Pulizia impeccabile. Che dire......altamente consigliato.
