Wonderful Stay
We truly enjoyed our stay in Martyn’s adorable house. The house had plenty of room for our family of five, all the comforts of home and central location to all. The designated parking spot was a bonus as we did have a rental car and parking in the village center can be a bit challenging. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect location!
This property is well appointed, spacious and clean. The location in the heart of St Andrew’s is perfect! It is in a small secluded courtyard just off the main street in town so quiet but in the heart of town. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The best location in St Andrews. Location is in the middle of town walking distance to everything One issue, we checked in at 6:00 PM, the home hadn’t been cleaned so after a day of travel we had to leave for 2 hours while housekeeping cleaned

Magnificent gem steps from everything
My family stayed here during graduation week, and it was perfect. We parked the car in the private space and walked everywhere throughout town. The open concept main floor was ideal for our meals and evening cocktails, and the three bedrooms and three bathrooms meant that everyone had their own space. The owner was easy to contact, and very responsive to the one inquiry we had during our stay. My only regret is that we didn’t discover this home before our daughter graduated!

The Best Location in St. Andrews!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The house was clean and so conveniently located and laid out. Our only tiny complaint was that the bed mattresses for the twin beds were quite outdated and uncomfortable. However, we would definitely return.

It's a gorgeous house in the most amazing location. Just as described! It was perfect for our trip. We'd stay again! Note that Google directs to the wrong location. The correct opening on Market Street is next to the Barber shop, not Costa!

Lovely house in a great location
This is a lovely house in a great location. Unfortunately for us, after a long journey to the house, upon arrival (at approx 7pm) it was clear that the cleaners hadn't been in to clear up from the previous guests... The place was a mess with dirty sheets and towels in all rooms, a dirty kitchen and balloons everywhere (they'd clearly celebrated a birthday or something). I messaged the owner who didn't respond and seeing as we had to go out for a family dinner and I didn't want to come back to a dirty house with unmade beds for the children, I embarked on tidying the house, finding clean laundry and making the beds. The owner did respond whilst we were out, apologising and offered to send someone round, but we arranged this for the next day. Apart from the apology no form of refund was offered - which, to be honest, I thought was pretty poor - at least the cleaning fee could've been offered... Apart from that, the house is lovely and in a great location. And St Andrews is fantastic!
