It is a gem in the middle of the city. Close to everything, walkable and very convenient. A bit expensive compared to other similar hotels but worth it. There is a restaurant in the hotel but during high season it is almost impossible to get a table. You have to resort to room service.

Very nice hotel. Would not visit during the holidays unless you like crowds. The location can’t be beat, it’s right in the middle of everything. It had the usual noise in the hallways at night, and I had forgotten to take earplugs. Hey everybody, did you know that it is actually possible to close the door to a hotel room without letting it slam ? Also, did you know that talking quietly in the hallway is respectful to other guests? The room was beautiful, very clean and had an amazing view. We didn’t get the exact room that we booked, so you may want to be careful about that. We were there during the holidays and the bar, restaurant, and lobby were so crowded with people off of the street who were not staying at the hotel, that we couldn’t use any of those amenities . Same goes for the Starbucks, the line was out the door. Couldn’t get room service either, and after looking at the menu, wouldn’t want to. It’s a bit of a problem that the rooms are so expensive, yet the guests do not have any private amenities. The solution to that would be to have a private restaurant, bar, quiet spaces, accessible to hotel guests only. I think they might find it would work out well for everyone.

The front desk staff and restaurant staff should tone their air of superiority down a bit. The valet staff and room attendants were very nice and prompt. The concierge was nice and very helpful. The lobby was crazy crowded and hard to navigate. At the room rate you charge, I expected a Standard King room to have a king sized bed - a bit misleading on the hotel's part. Location was excellent for activities and very walkable. Traffic was crazy and so being able to walk was nice.
